Welcome to Trauma Brew Coffee. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchases from Trauma Brew Coffee.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Trauma Brew Coffee

Trauma Brew Coffee sells coffee and related products through our online store and third-party sales channels, including TikTok Shop.

Third-party partners may produce, roast, package, and/or fulfill our products on our behalf.

When you place an order with us, Trauma Brew Coffee remains responsible for the customer transaction, even when a third-party fulfillment partner handles production or shipping.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase products from our store.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information on our website are accurate.

However, product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography, screen settings, packaging changes, or manufacturer and supplier updates.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, and change product availability at any time.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted and confirmed, except where required to correct an obvious pricing error.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including:

Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud
Incorrect customer information
Shipping limitations
Supplier or fulfillment issues

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will provide an applicable refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship orders using the shipping method and estimated delivery information provided at checkout or on the applicable sales channel.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other events affecting transportation or fulfillment.

We will not intentionally advertise a shipping timeframe that we do not have a reasonable basis to meet. Applicable federal law requires online sellers to have a reasonable basis for their stated shipping timeframes.

If we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide the customer with the options required by applicable law.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order has not shipped and you contact us promptly, we will make reasonable efforts to correct an address.

We cannot guarantee we can change an address after an order enters production or shipping.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, to the extent permitted by applicable law and marketplace rules.

8. Coffee and Perishable Products

Coffee is a food product and may be considered perishable.

For this reason, coffee products are generally not eligible for ordinary customer-initiated returns simply because the customer changed their mind or does not prefer the taste.

This does not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law or TikTok Shop policies.

If you receive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise unacceptable merchandise, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Because TikTok Shop currently classifies food and beverages as non-returnable products, we may handle customer return requests for coffee differently than ordinary merchandise.

TikTok Shop's policies may require us to provide refunds or other remedies even when our standard store policy would not otherwise provide a return.

When you make a purchase through TikTok Shop, the applicable TikTok Shop policies and procedures also apply.

For purchases made directly through our website, our Return & Refund Policy applies, subject to applicable law.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise unacceptable product, contact us with your order number and supporting information.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or damage to help us investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Do not discard damaged products or packaging until we complete our review unless we tell you you may do so.

11. Payments

We must successfully process payment before we can fulfill an order.

We use third-party payment processors and sales platforms to process transactions.

We do not knowingly retain complete payment card information in our own systems when a third-party payment provider processes it.

12. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, coupons, and other incentives may be subject to additional terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a promotion when necessary to correct an error, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

All content associated with Trauma Brew Coffee, including our name, logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, written content, designs, slogans, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Trauma Brew Coffee unless otherwise stated.

When you purchase Trauma Brew Coffee through TikTok Shop, your transaction is also subject to TikTok Shop's applicable buyer policies, terms, and procedures.

TikTok Shop imposes additional requirements concerning orders, shipping, refunds, customer service, and seller performance.

Where TikTok Shop requires a particular customer remedy or procedure, we will follow the applicable TikTok Shop requirements.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trauma Brew Coffee will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
